Book an Inside Yoga Flow session with our neighbor Viktoria at Zederberghof. It’s quite something!
It is best to park at the cemetery parking lot in St. Johann and walk up the steps to the platform. You will be rewarded with a fantastic view and an incredibly soothing tranquility.
You can participate in all yoga classes at our sister hotel Sonnhof free of charge. All you have to do is register. The best way to do this is via the Erlebniscloud. There you will find all dates and information.
Start your day feeling energized and relaxed with Sunrise Yoga. The yoga class is based on Hatha yoga, teaching asanas (physical exercises) and pranayamas (breathing exercises) and guiding you through simple meditations.
Practice DIY yoga on your apartment’s fantastic balcony with a view. Equipment is available at reception.
Decide for yourself what time and what flow you prefer. Viktoria offers various styles of yoga in her beautiful yoga studio at Zederberghof.
The hike to the Meislsteinalm takes about 1 hour and is easy to manage. There you will find the peace and quiet you need to get into the flow. Find a spot, roll out your mat, and enjoy. If you like, you can reserve a breakfast table (preferably in advance). Alex at the Meislsteinalm offers many homemade delicacies.
Hop on a SUP in Zell am See and get into the flow. The best place to rent equipment is at the Sonnhof or directly in Zell am See.
The rooftop on the 7th floor leads to a lush green meadow. Walk along the path to the Oberforsthofalm and take the hiking trail towards the Gut Berg Hotel until you reach the tree trail. There you can practice your pranayama and soak up the wonderful scent.
In July and August, children can take part in yoga classes as part of the holiday calendar. We will announce details and dates in good time.
Strong core, gentle flow
New to our weekly program this summer: Pilates with Viktoria. In addition to daily yoga, we offer three sessions per week that specifically strengthen the deep muscles and help you find balance and new energy. Ideal for anyone who wants to consciously relax.
Strength, flexibility, posture, and a strong core—Reformer Pilates is ideal for every fitness level, whether for training, prevention, or regeneration.
Accompanied by Alina, who will support you on your journey to greater strength, balance, and ease.
