Where do I have to transfer the deposit?

In order to finalize everything, we ask for a deposit within the next few days to our account:

Your payment can also be debited from your credit card (VISA, Mastercard). For this we need the credit card number, name of the card holder, expiration date of the card.

In the event of cancellation within the cancellation period, we will immediately transfer the amount back to your account.

*Exceptions are bookings for Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Carnival. For bookings during these periods, we ask for a deposit of the total amount up to four weeks before arrival.

When can I arrive? How long can I stay?

from 4 pm. Our apartments are guaranteed & ready for occupancy from 4 pm at the latest. Should you arrive earlier, we offer changing facilities and a luggage depot subject to availability.

We kindly ask you to send us your details (name, address, date of birth) and the details of your fellow travelers in advance. This will make check-in on site much easier.

until 10 am. Our apartments are spacious and this requires care and time, so we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 am on the day of departure. If you are still in the house or in the surrounding area, we are happy to offer a luggage depot and changing rooms with shower facilities, subject to availability and on request. Talk to us at reception, we will be happy to help.

What is the Comfy Culinary?

Our Comfy Culinary includes a 3-course evening menu to choose from a small menu that does not change.

What are the cancellation conditions?

Where can I park my car? Is there an e-charging station?

You can park your car for free in our parking lot and animal garage directly at the hotel. There is also an e-charging station for your e-car in front of the hotel.

How can I redeem vouchers and pillows?

Do you have a voucher or would you like to redeem your collected Haven ” pillows”? Please give us the voucher number when you make your reservation. You can then hand in the original at check-in at reception.

Print out the voucher of your collected Haven ” pillows” in the regular guest area or let us know when you make your booking and we will do this for you.


Can I bring my dog with me?

For your four-legged companion we charge € 25 per night without food. Out of consideration for other guests, dogs are not allowed in the wellness area. There are also beautiful dog walking trails in the surrounding area.


How high is the overnight stay tax?

The overnight stay tax is € 2 per person and night from the age of 16. This will be shown separately on your invoice.

When will my apartment be cleaned during my stay?

Every 2/3 days we vacuum and mop the floors, change the towels, dispose of the garbage and air the apartment for you. The final cleaning of the apartment is carried out on the day of departure and is included in the price. Should you require daily cleaning, we can arrange this for an additional charge.

I would like to change apartments, is that possible?

Changing apartments is easy and does not involve much effort. We will move your luggage to the new apartment in the morning. You can plan and enjoy your vacation day as you wish. The new room cards will be ready for you to collect from reception in the afternoon.

Spa & Wellness
Can I book spa treatments & massages in advance?

Yes, absolutely. That way we can guarantee your preferred date. If you are flexible in terms of time, you can of course also make your booking on site.

Where do the spa treatments take place?

The booked spa treatments take place in our sister hotels “Sonnhof Alpendorf” and “Hotel Oberforsthof”. They are located just a few meters above the Haven.

Where can I hire skis, snowboards and various winter sports equipment?

The Höllwart Hotels have their own in-house ski rental, where you can hire the latest generation of equipment at preferential rates. This also applies to our in-house ski school.

Where can I get cable car tickets, ski tickets?

If you book your ski passes online well in advance of your trip, you are guaranteed the best price.
