Here you will find important information for your holiday 

Deposit Policy

In order to secure your desired apartment, we ask for a deposit to be paid into our account within the next few days:

Your payment can also be charged to your credit card (VISA, Mastercard). For this we need the credit card number, name of the card holder, expiration date of the card.

In case of cancellation within the cancellation period, we will immediately transfer the amount back to your account.

*Except bookings for Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Carnival. For bookings during these periods we ask for a deposit of the total amount up to four weeks before arrival.

CHECK AVAILABILITY NOW

Check-in/out

from 4 pm. Our flats are guaranteed & ready for check-in by 4pm at the latest. Should you arrive earlier, we offer changing facilities and a luggage depot depending on availability.

We ask you to send us your details (name, address, date of birth) and the details of your fellow travellers in advance. This will make the check-in on site much easier.

until 10 am. Our flats are spacious and this needs care & time, therefore we ask you to vacate the flat by 10 am on the day of departure. If you are still staying in the house or in the surrounding area, we are happy to offer a luggage depot and changing rooms with shower facilities, depending on availability and on request. Ask at the reception desk, we will be happy to help you.

Comfy Culinary

If you don’t want to worry about dinner, you can book the dine-around offer and enjoy a 3-course menu daily at deck7, Sonnhof Alpendorf or Hotel Oberforsthof. This way you can taste your way through Höllwart’s culinary delights.

Voucher & “Pillows”

Do you have a voucher or would you like to redeem your collected “Haven Pillows”? Please give us the voucher number when you make your reservation. You can then hand in the original voucher at reception when you check in.

Print out the voucher for your collected “Haven Pillows” in the frequent guest area or let us know when you make your booking and we will do this for you.

Dogs

For your four-legged companion we charge € 25 per night without food. Out of consideration for other guests, dogs are not allowed in the wellness area (PLUS garden). Furthermore, you can find lovely dog-walking trails in the surrounding area.

Local Tax

The local tax is € 2 per person a night for guests over 16 years of age. This will be shown separately on your bill.

Parking

You can park your car free of charge at our car park and covered parking garage directly at the hotel. There is also an e-charging station for your e-car in front of the hotel.

A lot can happen before a journey begins: The Cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung covers your trip, if you have to cancel unexpectedly and offers protection if you have to leave the trip early.

Smart do-up

Every 2/3 days we vacuum and mop the floors, change the towels, dispose of the waste and ventilate the apartment for you. The final cleaning of the flat is done on the day of departure and is included in the price. If you wish a daily cleaning, we can arrange it for an extra charge.

Moving

Changing apartments is easy and does not require a lot of effort. We will move your luggage to the new apartment in the morning. You are free to plan and enjoy your holiday. The new room cards are ready for collection at reception from the afternoon onwards.

You are welcome to pay your bill in cash, with EC card, Mastercard or VISA on site.
