Reservations are considered binding when we have received the specified deposit in our account no later than 3 weeks after the written booking confirmation. As a rule, the deposit is made in the course of booking, there is alternatively also the possibility to transfer the deposit afterwards.

The payment of the balance of the booking will be made on the spot. The amount of the deposit paid, which has been received on our account, will be deducted from the total amount. We accept cash, EC (Maestro) cards, as well as Mastercard, VISA and PayPal.
The booked apartments are available for you from 15:00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 18:00 o’clock, we ask you for short notification. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartments by 10:00 am. Late arrival/early departure: In case of early departure or late arrival, the agreed period and price will be applied for payment.
